Oh: Reached out to Bishop Robert Barron (among others), who sits on Trump's religious liberty commission, earlier today about Broadview, and it looks like he's "brought forward … concerns" on *one* part of the religious freedom issue (i.e., communion access, not ICE shooting clergy w/pepper balls).

Reminder that Trump campaigned on sending troops into American cities to take out "the enemy from within." Something to consider next time a pundit tells you the election was really about inflation.
Trump to Bartiromo on what worries him about election day: "I think the bigger problem is the enemy from within ... sick people, radical left lunatics. And it should be easily handled by, if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military."

Dems need to denounce and fight this Portland insanity very, very hard. Our unacceptable hesitancy when Trump invaded DC encouraged further escalation. We should be demanding Congress return to deal with this "emergency" - briefings, hearings, debate. We have to fight.

Instead of the press asking GOP members of Congress if they support what he says... the press should ask them how they justify their support of what he says. Don't give them a yes or no question.
