2019 hatte ich mit einer Modellrechnung ermittelt, dass sich mit einem Tempolimit bis zu 140 Todesfälle jährlich vermeiden ließen.
Jetzt ist eine Studie mit ähnlichen Daten, weiteren Variablen und ausgefeilterer Statistik erschienen. Deren Ergebnis 58-89 vermeidbare Todesfälle jährlich. (1/2)

I agree, it's nothing new for anyone that's deeper involved with maps. The news (and reason for the Reuters article, amongst others) was, that the African Union has endorsed the “Correct The Map” campaign

Sie will möglich machen, europäische Strafzahlungen wegen zu wenig Klimaschutz aus dem Topf zu bezahlen, der Klimaschutz finanzieren soll.

Wodurch weniger Geld für Klimaschutz da wäre.

Deutschland droht die Klimaziele zu verfehlen. Doch statt mehr Klimaschutz zu machen, will sie aus dem gleichen Topf CO₂-Zertifikate kaufen.
