Thames Water have been fined £123 million due to their 'unacceptable' impact on the environment.

But as long as the profit motive remains, water companies will keep ripping off customers and polluting our water.

Time for water companies to be run for people, not profit.

You ask yourself: Why the hell haven't they kicked out Starmer yet?

And then you remember: Every viable replacement in the party shares the exact same bullshit politics as him, so they may as well save themselves the bother.

And they wonder why we've all lost faith in traditional politics 🙄
The full text confirms that Rayner thinks that the NHS surcharge should meet the cost of all healthcare used by migrants. So, for example, the cost of treating refugees should be met by foreigners on work visas. You only have to spell it out to see the stupidity and moral bankruptcy.

Those who are uncomfortable with this Labour immigration announcement, but think it's necessary to satisfy Reform voters, this is for you.

You will not satisfy. You will never satisfy.

Labour is barking up the wrong tree AGAIN…

They can’t out-Reform Reform

And arbitrarily cutting immigration will hurt us, while not making one jot of difference to voters

Unless they do this…

The problems in our society are not caused by migrants or refugees.

They are caused by an economic system rigged in favour of corporations and billionaires.

If the government wanted to improve people’s lives, it would tax the rich and build an economy that works for us all.

The Green Party is not 'doing badly', it is deplatformed and constantly attacked by the Right Wing Media so it does not seem like an option that can win to most voters.

This is because it offers an actual alternative.

Don’t ever refer to this Labour government as on the Left.
#trevorphillips: "It sounds like... you're about to drive off a cliff and your answer is, put your foot down on the accelerator, don't change direction"

West Streeting: "No.. we've got to go harder and faster... on deportations we've got deportations up"

Guess which one?

Nigel says that Reform UK are the opposition now…

Is it true? Of course not. Going by news outlets you wouldn’t know. If Nigel said the sky was green the BBC would be asking the grass what it thought about that instead of reporting the facts. #UKPolitics #ReformUK

If Labour want to remain in power they need to get their finger out and start delivering in positive ways that people can feel in their daily lives. Not graphs on the evening news. Not simply promises. People need to feel it. Bring people back from nihilism and spite. #UKPolitics #LabourParty
People are angry and their lives suck. A lot of people will vote for those who won’t actually improve their lives but will make somebody else’s life harder than theirs. Reform UK are promising exactly this. The politics of spite.

Labour losing one of its safest seats shows what happens when a government cuts disability benefits and winter fuel payments, keeps the two-child benefit cap, and panders to anti-migrant rhetoric:

Reform wins and always will.

This isn’t the change people voted for and it shows.

When will Labour learn that moving the Right doesn’t win them support? It comes off as fake to Right wingers (they’ll never accept you Starmer) and pisses off everyone else. #UKPolitics #Elections

"It's either us or Reform" the Labour canvasser says, as the Labour Government launches a new campaign to crack down on immigrants, strips more rights for LGBTQ+ people, pulls back from climate funding, halves its international aid, abandons disabled people...
Told Labour canvasser the other day I was going to vote Green again and he said he understood you have to vote with your heart "but it's either us or Reform". Tried to ask if he had any positive reasons to vote Labour but he was already walking away.

Right, now off to vote for Reform UK.
