President Trump hasn’t yet lifted a finger to address sky-high housing costs except to hit “post” on Truth Social.

He could start by telling House Republicans to stop blocking a bipartisan bill to build more housing and bring down costs.

A Black man was killed by ICE (off duty) in Los Angeles on New Year’s Eve. And like Renée Good, he was an American citizen. But most people have not heard about Keith Porter.

I need y’all to realize this. Black people experience this lack of visibility all the time when it comes to being victims.

Trump has been trying to kill the CFPB for a year – an agency that's returned over $21 billion directly to consumers cheated by giant corporations. But today Russ Vought was forced to request funding for the CFPB because we fought back in the courts.

We’ll stay in the fight.

All true. But the presidential pardon power extends to pardons of cabinet members. There is no presidential pardon power over congressional impeachment of cabinet members. That would mean a living breathing House and Senate willing to impeach however.
A few reminders about the SCOTUS immunity decision for Presidents:

It does not provide immunity for prior crimes.

It does not provide immunity to the President's cabinet.

Similar to Roe v. Wade, it can be overturned in the future.

Quite possibly true. But not at all helpful without specific recommendations on the “other steps” you mention. If you have good ideas, put them out there please.
I hope the Dems realize that if they extend the ACA subsidies, and take no other steps, they are giving carte blanche to the biggest insurance companies and major hospital systems to find new ways to game the system and increase costs.
