been staying up until 3am ocd spiralling. last nigbt it was because we'd been rationing our estrogen, taking one sixth of our actual dose because we couldn't afford more and started running out. been having to ration estrogen off and on since 2009, worried about health, dysphoric.

it all moves in a downward spiral.
i can't do the things i used to because i'm malnourished and tired, which makes me feel bad, which uses energy as i try to improve my mood so i can work well, which makes me tired, which makes me able to do less. etc.

i think about writers who were poor all the time. writers who talked about starving and scrambling for years. i try to use them as inspiration, but a lot of the time it's more like they're standards i fall short of when measured against.

i have stuff i personally want to write and draw, but i literally can't focus on any of it. tbqh as someone who put a lot of importance on being an artist and writer it's scary. i want to create again.
