My clinical teams are amazing. But, it would be nice to find a treatment that didn’t have side effects needing drugs to deal with the side effects. Drugs that simply destroy the body!

The NHS is about compromise. Those that navigate it are amongst the best clinicians & humans the world offers. And remember they are from all over the world & here for a reason. One day you may need them. Thank them, respect them, be courteous and be grateful they’re here for you! Or today, me!

I hope you never experience the pain of a tumour pinching a root nerve into the groin/leg etc. it’ll blow through your meds. Thank you to all at County Hospital Brighton A&E for fast tracking me through on a Sunday before Xmas to put me back together. I simply can’t count those that helped. Love.

Finishing chemo does not mean an easy ride. This stuff’s going out with a bang. You don’t want this for yourself or a loved one; so get tested! Look after yourself because the alternative is gruesome #MenWeAreWithYou

I’ve had my radiotherapy planning scan today & was so looked after by a great team! I’ve got my tattoos to wear with pride. But my valuable take away is that there is no such thing as a micro-enema; don’t be fooled 😳
