How could CBS be worried about "Fairness Doctrine" questions when the Doctrine was abolished by Reagan in 1987? There is no legislative prohibition or restraint against airing interviews with political candidates. Any "FCC" issues are either made up, or the result of the FCC exceeding its mandate.
