Indeed ! In traditionally conservative Baden-Württemberg for example, the Greens (Alliance 90/The Greens ) have now led 3 administrations at regional parliament level...

It's as if they've never heard of all the successful governing coalitions with Greens that have been elected over the last 30 years across Europe in places like Germany, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Finland, Luxembourg and others at both national and regional level.

And one day, UK cycling habits might resemble those seen in the Netherlands! Building the necessary infrastructure means more cyclists, which means more infrastructure is needed ... and we might see station cycle parks like this one in Maastricht (NL) seen last week

Southern Water has taken responsibility for the catastrophic spill of plastic biobeads that polluted the Sussex coast. Andy Dinsdale from plastic pollution campaign group Strandliners, said it was the worst pollution event he had seen 4/4
