<div class="field field-field-text"><p>The number of Palestinians held in Israeli prisons has reached 10,800, according to figures reported by Al Jazeera Arabic, citing the Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority.</p>
<p>The total reflects the count at the beginning of the month and does not include Palestinians detained in Israeli military camps.</p>
<p>Among those imprisoned are 48 women and more than 440 children.</p>
