VAR is dead!

Significant moment in Norway, where clubs from the top two divisions have voted to abolish VAR. Will be their formal recommendation to Norwegian FA ahead of decision in March.

Ian Hislop has been praised for his takedown of Musk after his controversial figure’s explosive row with Sir Keir Starmer.

During the Great Fire of London the rumour quickly spread that foreign migrants were responsible. Foreigners were beaten up & even lynched.

The fire’s severity was in fact caused by unusually dry conditions and high winds.

@theanfieldwrap.bsky.social any chance of ramping up content on here to same level as on X for those of us that have left that platform?

Exactly this. It needs to happen sooner rather than later
Twitter wasn’t built in a day. But now that there is a reasonable sized community here at BlueSky, the next step is to convince freelance and news media to report and post here. Preferably here first.

-And also engage international communities and reporting here.
It's clear now that social media is a failure. There is very little "Social" about it.

We need to remove ourselves from this bullshit game played by billionaires with nefarious agendas for us.

This place had hope, but it doesn't have the traction on a global scale to make it meaningful.
