He said it was either a lack of hydration (it ain't, not when I drink an average of 4 litres of water per diem!), or a lack of potassium, so...

First bird of my day: a Red Kite flapping slowly through the pale blue and pink dawn sky, its gaze focused and intent on something without my view.

Ah, but did it flirt with you, after staring? 'cos Robins routinely flirt with me!

Hat guy should be fired into the sun immediately, not least 'cos he's wearing an X chromosome pin on his bloody hat, as well as looking like a MAGAt ripoff.

A surprisingly large number of them think the way to connect with Gen Z is "dress like Sylvester McCoy's Doctor Who."
A screen grab of a Times article. The photograph depicts three men and a woman - according to the caption these are Charles Amos, Rhys Benjamin, Daniel Campbell and Glesni Reece.

Charles is in tweeds and a fedora, Rhys sports a combover and a question mark pullover as worn by the seventh Doctor Who. Daniel wears a blue "Make Britain Great Again" baseball cap. Glesni, unlike the others, is not wearing an outlandish costume, just a black tailored jacket over a white blouse.

Text reads:

Meet the young Tories dreaming of a bright blue future
The Conservatives know they have a problem with Gen Z voters. At the party conference, The Times met a new breed of activists who are embracing the challenge

Also, thanks a bunch from all nearby residents who'll have to endure the drunks making a racket until the early hours.
Also, how will the landlords pay employees' wages when people cannot afford to eat and drink out?
Feckin' idiots!

Thanks.
I get cramp a lot in my left leg/foot - drives me insane! The physio suggested I need more potassium, so I'll have to talk to my GP about a supplement, since I cannot eat bananas (being diabetic).

Sorry you didn't have a great night - they suck, don't they?
(Took me half an hour to get to sleep last night, instead of 5 minutes thanks to the cramp in my left calf and foot. Then I woke up 30 mins earlier than usual so I only got 5 hours sleep.)
Hope you manage and enjoy the walk.
