Yes he’s outdated & some troubles there, but sitting on overnight buses in central/E turkey in the late 1980s, the music takes over… hearing “Gördükçe seni tazelenir sanki hayatım” while sitting on the back of a truck going through the Mountains near Hakkari was unforgettable

What are your favourite campuses?

One of the interesting campus grounds I’ve seen is Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Kota Kinabalu, in Sabah, Borneo. They even have their own beach 🏖️ 😀 Also a short forest walk to the top of a hill (UMS Peak), where you could look out over the sea & off-shore islands.
