Oh FFS. The Washington Post is pitching me on re-subscribing by touting its Pulitzer wins, never once mentioning that honoree Ann Telnaes is a FORMER employee, having resigned in protest when her cartoon of Jeff Bezos and other billionaires bending the knee to Trump was spiked. Hard pass, WaPo.

People tend to dismiss VP Pence’s actions on J6: he was just doing his job, why should he get any credit for simply sticking to the letter of the law?

‘The Comprehensive Bookshop” - my cartoon for this week’s @theguardian.com books.
