Upsetting flatware continued
Okay okay okay, I know. This is a set of silverware but only in the sense that they kinda look like forks knives and spoons but I do believe they're art pieces that are meant to be unusable. The two knives are wavy, but on opposite axis, two small spoons one with a looped handle and one that looks wavy all the way through the head like it's melted, a spoon with a flat head, the one in the middle appears to be a normal spoon?, then a spoon that's head is turned around on the handle so it's facing away from you if you're holding it, then 3 forks with different messed up tines. One where they are descending length, one where the time goes off the side, and one where the tines all cure around like a rainbow almost

Awful, ornate silverware with an underwater theme. All of the handles are shell and jagged coral imprinted. One small spoon. One shell spoon. One shovel spoon. Knife with weird pattern on the blade as well. And two very trident looking forks except one is a bident(?) with two tines. These are gross and you might find them at the most expensive beach house ever

Just a glance at the ragged mess around her fin-gernails communicated more than the lengthiest essays on the nature of distress. One (recent) evening Astair had looked in on Xanther to find her (even bound up in sleep) picking at her cuticles until they bled. For twenty minutes Astair had sat cross-legged beside her daughter, attempting to gently parry every stab (but the nails never failed to return (and pick (((patiently) fixedly) always set on violence))). So why not a companion? Why not answer all of this with a hero who was not dead (not violent) but bred and trained to defend? Not some regiment (regimen!) of pills or a or some new app for calendar surfeit with checkups counting carbs and fat. Not a doctor. Or a pair of wily sisters. Or even a parent. Or god forbid (god!?
