I used to have serious problems sleeping. Not so much anymore. Sometimes I take OTC sleep aids and read and then I fall asleep to star trek lately. But some show I've seen a ton so I don't feel invested in what's going to happen. See also The Office

😆 mine are rigid but I just fold a small towel over it and have fallen asleep on them but I try to lay on it then switch to the heating pad

I got some very slim ice pack for laying on to make the process easier
