This strategy - boosted by The Algorithm™️ put in place by tech bros - are clearly effective. Every well-off white dude I know now spend most of their lives in a constant state of rage because of how fucked this country is and it’s from their phones telling them the immigrants are banning Christmas.
Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.
My guess is that this will get worse as AI tech improves. For instance, fake videos of minorities doing crime.
