Further to my thread on ADHD thread last night, some thoughts on things that can help with ADHD traits that aren't medication.

I am possibly the shyest most anxiety riddled person on the planet but if I see a person whose hair looks cute or dress is pretty etc, I simply have to tell them. Because maybe they need to hear it or perhaps because no one ever did that for me. Either way it makes us both smile.
