Not sure there’s anyone who doesn’t need a few styrofoam heads and a blowup doll or two. Look. These #BlackFridayDeals may or may not still be available, but there are deals everywhere, all you need is to pay attention to your surroundings.

This is how shredded the cuff lining is. I say is, because it’s still inside the new fabric.

Time to patch the some of the patches and a few holes forming. The sleeves are done! I undermined them with an ugly quilting cotton, and a really lovely piece of charmeuse I’ve been hoarding forever for no reason.
A bit of the cuff showing where I sewed fabric over the existing lining before I send it back in. Some crazy quilted, and English paper pieced patches that are sewn over the lining inside of this coat.

All of the things that were ON said coffee table unceremoniously dumped on the floor in order to clear it off. Now needing to be sorted and put away. But if you’re me, this is the only way to do it. What sort of monster can just put everything away first?
An embarrassing pile of art supplies, pens, sewing tools, threads, office supplies, random papers, collection of unctuouents and life detritus that accumulates next to the chair you collapse into.
