It's same phenomenon as a "natalist convention" with like two hundred people getting more widespread breathless media coverage than protests with hundreds of thousands of people.

It's pathetic that this country - the nexus of global wealth - is such a terrible place for people to get basic healthcare. Our healthcare system that robs people of their dignity and makes the situation exponentially worse for people already in distress.
