He wasn’t in the US illegally. He had entered the immigration system and was waiting for a hearing. The allegations of domestic abuse are sad, but they aren’t “cases”. Words have meanings.

Slacker and Generation X - the foundational documents of Gen X - came out in 1990 and ‘91, respectively, and were about people in the their mid-to-late 20s. I’m 1975 and was originally too late for Gen X. Now you’ve got fakers from the early 80s claiming they’re not Millenials.
