RU elections are a scam. UA constitution prohibits elections during wartime. Putin prevented the election in Ukraine by starting a war.

These two things are true:
1) Shooting National Guard members is horrific and criminal.
2) So is putting National Guard members in harm’s way to score political points.

Regarding the shooting of Natl Guard at Farragut West metro: you can’t execute a presence/show of force mission without putting troops at risk.

Basically, you are throwing people out there and daring opponents to take a shot. Someone tossed force protection out the window, and for what? 😢

The very fact that it is Russia who pushes for general amnesty as a part of a peace plan is the explicit acceptance of the guilt.

Putin is being ill served by his advisors.

At the outset of this war, he was given vastly inflated readiness estimates for his army and overly pessimistic assessments of Ukrainian capabilities.

The result was a failed 3 day incursion trapping Putin in a war of attrition. 1/4

3/3 Translation: We made record profits but we want MORE profits. So 13,000 people lose their jobs while we tell customers we're doing this "for them." (as if firing workers will make customer service better).

The Coast Guard will no longer classify swastikas and nooses as hate symbols.

This action, coupled with the President's call to hang Democratic members of Congress - both in the past few hrs - are more than "potentially divisive."

They are vile, unconscionable, and dangerous.

Even the few Epstein emails we have seen to date categorically prove that Maxwell perjured herself in her Blanche testimony. That would violate any deal she had for leniency.

She should be shipped back to a high security prison and stripped of any and all privileges. Perjury charges are in order.

From street marches to court battles to the ballot box - we’ve challenged the power of this exceptionally unpopular president.

The lesson from each success we've had is that we need to ramp the political pressure up, always up, not back down, now more than ever.

Wearing a mask won’t prevent you from getting sick. It will prevent you from spreading aerosol droplets when you sneeze or cough which can reduce the transmission of a disease assuming you are infected.

But masks, much like vaccines, are a communal measure. They work best if everyone complies.
Sometimes when people ask me why I’m wearing a mask I say I’m traveling or have some important thing soon and can’t afford to get sick and miss it and that’s pretty much always true but I think it would be nice if it were more normalized to just say “I don’t want to get sick” and leave it at that

A POTUS with diagnosed dementia who is escalating nuclear tensions seems like something out of Science Fiction.

But it’s happening.

Oh, you didn’t know they have diagnosed his dementia? Well yeah, 6 Mo. MRIs and cognitive exams are only given to track progress after a diagnosis of the disease.
