Just in time to have the country invaded by “little green men.”

He’s been defending Ukraine ever since.

My boss and I traveled north of Portland MA on business a while back. He’s black and commented on how people were staring at him everywhere he went. Once he mentioned it, I began to notice it too.

I joked it must be his physique. (He’s 5’ 10”, portly and balding.)

Lying to federal agents is a felony and they love to catch you out in an apparent contradiction so they can threaten you with jail time if you don’t cooperate.

It also doesn’t apply when the basis for it is pretextual. As when they claim a protester “rammed” their vehicles or threatened agents when they obviously didn’t.

And by obviously, I mean dozens of witnesses and recordings to the contrary. They can assert immunity, it doesn’t mean they have it.

Or how detaining underage US citizens without probable cause or access to legal representation is covered?

Ukraine should take advantage of low morale of Russian troops with a surrender campaign. Override airwaves with propaganda aimed at getting dispirited forces to abandon positions in advance of counterattack.

The videos I’ve seen of the boats blown up by USN are of fast boats with multiple, large outboard motors. To reach US waters in those craft would require the boat be completely filled with fuel cans. (They guzzle gas like crazy.)

There would be no room for drugs in that event.

ICE’s illegal detention of US citizens are not “arrests.” Arrests are subject to due process, which means the arresting officer has probable cause, the detainee has the right of habeus corpus and is Mirandized.

These are extra judicial kidnappings under color of law. They are not arrests.
