I'm getting really tired of this shift in approaching online safety to de-emphasizing self responsibility.
It used to be understood that the internet can be a dangerous place if you aren't careful so you should practice basic safety etiquette to minimize the risk to yourself.

This is extremely bad and worrisome for obvious reasons, but it's worth pointing out that this was obviously the student's goal
She knowingly wrote a garbage essay for her trans prof's class and when she obviously got a terrible grade stirred up a media storm

Writing a pretty personal piece on burnout in ttrpg spaces, and one thing I want to share now is: I’ve watched a LOT of people in ttrpgs burn out over the years, from small artistic teams to folks who were considered movers and shakers in the hobby/industry/etc. This is a systemic issue.
