Trump administration's new hire-a-white-guy campaign. Free link

"You know what they say, 'If you want the job done right, you gotta find a white guy.' Or an orangish one, if he’s not too busy sharing state secrets with his caddy or viewing the daily highlight reel of ICE raids with Stephen Miller."
Hire a white guy today!
The Labor Department certainly can't be accused of being 'woke' in its new social media campaign

The GOP was NEVER going to vote on ACA subsidies.

They're just hedging their bets that the GOP will continue to allow Trump to ruin our country and because of that will pay at the ballot box. Who cares if millions lose healthcare as long as they score political points. It's a "let them lay in the bed they made" deal

Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

The American people need more from their leaders.

You know a couple of senators said this loudly from the jump and actually know how to communicate?

Elizabeth Warren and Chris Murphy. Who both would fill leadership roles quite well right now.

The Commanders fans may not have like President’s Trump position on healthcare, but that isn’t why they booed the hell out of him.
The thing to make it about was the lawless authoritarianism. Just like last week’s elections were.
They were never going to get ACA subsidies, which is part of why it was a mistake to insist this was only about ACA subsidies and nothing else.
