4 decades ago the Federalist Society was created to destroy the fabric of the most successful democratic nation in history. It was a reaction to civil rights and the regulatory system that had built the middle class. They wanted unrequited wealth. They won. Now everybody’s miserable, even them. Yay

Very soon there will be the opportunity to prosecute the capo Stephen Miller. A preemptive pardon will not protect him from state prosecution. Even those who are yelling "deport them all" need to see and hear the courts for him and his reichsmarschalls Noem and Bovino.

there is no comprehensive list of dangerous criminal undocumented migrants. nor are there many of them in the country at all. “mass deportations” are by definition gonna be almost exclusively peaceful immigrants and sweep up LPRs, people on visas, these are the easy people to locate!

Setting aside for a second the lunacy and authoritarianism surrounding the Trump/Hegseth threat to court martial Mark Kelly, it is also politically moronic. No military court or jury would uphold this, and you only do Kelly a tremendous favor by making him more popular than ever.
