Having just spent 10 days in New York City, staying inside the congestion pricing zone, there's no doubt how impactful these kinds of policies are for everyone. public transit, biking, and city streets all feel noticeably improved

Never forget, if you design a city for cars, it fails for everyone, including drivers.

If you design a multi-modal city that makes walking, biking & public transit attractive options, it works better for everyone, including drivers.
