My dog warrior. ❤️❤️ The surgery removed the cancerous tumor, and the CT showed NED and residual growth. Today, she had day 2 of 18 of radiation therapy to clean up the area her cancer was on her elbow. Radiation is rough for humans, so her snoring right now makes my heart melt. ❤️ #Cancer

I wanted to share that my dog's CT scan came back no residual evidence of cancer. We got that huge lump removed from her elbow and got it all out with the surgery. Now we do radiation therapy for a few weeks to clean the area. Then, to the unknown. It kind of hit me in the feels. <3 #LifeWithCancer

I mistook the commentator on ESPN. Sounded like he said second for Cicerone, I assumed that meant in the game. Saw the shot by Edward's for the first. Then the Cicerone goal. Great ball movement and trust out there, @sacrepublicfc.com .

Finished the last little bit in the yard today, which makes me feel good. I also got a pretty awesome picture of a male house finch that came to visit while I sat and rested. There's something about having a place and being a person that nature enjoys visiting. <3 <3

Oh yeah. And today was my last session of radiation on my shoulder. I'm super excited to take my cancer meds regularly again starting tomorrow. Scans next week for my 18 week check up. Crossing my fingers for continued positive response to the medication. #ALKPositive #LungCancer

It's match day! I missed this place. And I appreciate it even more knowing that I could have been dead before this season had I not gotten my cancer diagnosis and treatment right away. Fuck cancer and LFG Quails!

That was back in April and I just haven't had the time to do it, then I got my diagnosis and was busy with other projects and didn't get to it. But I did buy a replacement to do it. Today I finally got around to fixing it and they all six light up now instead of two. So much brighter!

There is never a bad time to have some chai. I found a company that makes a very good, authentic tea blend and followed their instructions on making it with a cream of some type. Definitely good to enjoy while waiting for the melatonin to kick in. Also, music. Always music. 🌸🎶🪷

You know, if you're going to spend a shitload of time at a cancer center for various appointments, I'm glad the one I go to has a pretty medical campus.

I am going to share that I finished a scarf tonight and made it pretty with tassels. I hated HATED this yarn when I tried learning crochet a few years ago. I'm glad my sissy bestie said she was picking up crochet because I thought about the supplies sitting there unused. I love how it's meditative.

Tonight, I'm actually writing some riffs and recording them playing my baby. 😘😍 I decided that tonight I was going to push myself into playing and I've been at it for hours now. One more riff track tonight, though, then I'll go to bed. That's the deal I made. 🫡

People who say that cats don't have a personality have never owned a cat. Cats are awesome. My cat here, for instance, lets us rub her belly, is obsessed with getting pets, and has a weird thing with cleaning herself when she's being pet. Weirdo.
