If the CEO assassin used a veterinary pistol: It’s still a gun. But not only they very quiet, they’re safer for bystanders bc they have less penetrative power which means less ricochet.
In ag use it’s safer for other/nearby workers to minimize animal panic and reduce chance of ricochet injury.
