And that's the smallest cost. Recall that Trump was impeached the first time for withholding Congressionally-approved military aid to Ukraine. That caused people to die. Money withheld for PEPFAR will cause people to die. Those people don't come back to life when the the funding restarts.

I started taking dance classes in 8th grade (kinda late). I wanted to take tap class in 5th grade, but I was too old for beginner child and too young for beginner adult. Have danced ever since.
