Courts have been clear: the First Amendment protects criticism of military operations, criticism of the president, anti-war speech, whistleblowing, and protests, even the loud, uncomfortable ones. You cannot jail people for political disagreement, no matter how much a president might wish otherwise.

And frankly, if we’re talking about influencing the military, we can certainly say that the video reminding service members they must refuse illegal orders (like being told to fire on shipwreck survivors) is still firmly intact. That’s not disloyalty; that’s literally military law.

I've read this before & it continues to be great work. This time, when I looked at the visual, my eyes parsed the first word in the sign ("Notice") as NOT ICE. ❌🧊 Hmmmm.
