I suspect that part of the problem is that ICE is a government agency and you have to get permission to sue the government. Plus, as has been noted, you have to dox yourself to do it. And ICE has not been, for the most part, attacking those who have enough money to take on the government in court.

I doubt that most of the people in the Epstein files blame Trump. For one thing, he has done everything possible to keep them from becoming public.
