Been struggling with the knowledge that I'm going to be tired forever lately.

There is no medication to “treat” Autism.
ADHD meds can be lifesaving.
Actual diagnoses are far lower than societal instances of ADHD & Autism, and waiting lists are years/decades long… proving they’re massively under-diagnosed.
