A few reminders about the SCOTUS immunity decision for Presidents:

It does not provide immunity for prior crimes.

It does not provide immunity to the President's cabinet.

Similar to Roe v. Wade, it can be overturned in the future.

Putting active duty United States Marines on the streets of an American city to terrorise the local population is, in fact, a violation of both the Constitution and Posse Comitatus, and itself is grounds for impeachment, removal from office, and prosecution for treason, among other high crimes.
I just gonna go ahead and say that putting active duty United States Marines on the streets of an American city is, in fact, heavy handed.
