Thank you for the public admission that your initial filing was defective. 'Inadvertently' omitting the exact 8 pages that contain your financial disclosures is quite a clerical error.

Speaking of omissions: Where is the 2024 Annual Report?

By funneling charitable assets to subsidize Marshall Poe's commercial ad network, you violated the Private Benefit Doctrine.

The IRS calls this "Conduit Fraud." A 501(c)(3) cannot act as a conduit for a non-exempt entity unless it exercises "variance power" (control) over the funds.

Your numbers match perfectly ($200k In -> $200k Out). You exercised zero control. You were just a pipe used to evade taxes.

Revenue: "Fiscal Fee ... $10,000.00"

Expenditure: "Awards & grants to others ... $200,000.00"

You sold H-Net's 501(c)(3) status for a 5% vigorish ($10k) to wash a tax-deductible grant into a private, for-profit advertising business.

According to NBN's own "About" page: "The primary source of revenue for the NBN is advertising... programmatic advertisements... direct advertisements."

NBN is a Commercial Media Company selling ad inventory on "5 million downloads a month."

Page 17 of your "corrected report" reveals the grift:

Thanks for the "Corrected" Report, Jesse. The missing pages (16-23) were indeed illuminating.

Specifically, Page 12 and Page 17 confirm that H-Net acted as a pass-through for $200,000 from the "Foundation for Open Societies" to the "New Books Network" (NBN).

The Problem: NBN is not a charity.

Jesse, I am reading your 2025 Annual Report. Page 14 explicitly states:

(Begin on the following pages.)

But the PDF ends at Page 14. Where are the missing pages?

Is it true that H-Net is under investigation by the Michigan Attorney General for money laundering, wire fraud, and civil rights violations?

I would settle for a GPU at MSRP!

Did you mention that H-net is under active investigation by the Michigan Attorney General for money laundering, wire fraud, and civil rights violations?

How did it go?

H-Net finanziert sich zu einem guten Teil aus den Einnahmen aus dem Job Guide. Deshalb gibt es diese Regelung.
