It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

You ever get way too ambitious with a plot line for DnD and it starts to overshoot the expected amount of time you’d mentally allotted to it, and now you have to streamline everything that comes after it a little so the conclusion still pays off with satisfying timing?
