Greed, uh...finds a way.
Putin is attacking the EU in all kinds of new ways because of this: more than 3 years after the invasion, many of the EU's most powerful countries - primarily Germany and Italy - chase Russian money instead of confronting Putin. The EU's "Wall of Shame..."

Some of the most remarkable lost artefacts from the ancient world were the titanic wrecks of the Nemi ships, built for a Roman emperor.

In their first-century heyday they held gardens, palaces and baths in a floating wonderland. But barely a decade after their recovery, they were lost forever.

This is a fantastic watch!

I like how Michael Levin gives talks like he just traveled from the year 2040 and has to impart as much information as possible before he’s yoinked back into the future

OK, this is wild.

In September 2023, geophysicists across the world started monitoring a very odd signal coming from the ground under them.

It was picked up in the Arctic. And Antarctica. It was detected everywhere, every 90 seconds, as regular as a metronome, for *nine days*.

What the HELL?
