We need national "stoop culture" to face what's ahead.

In Brooklyn, there are tons of brownstones that have been chopped up into apartments. Those brownstones typically have front stoops.

They're great for a lot of things— meeting neighbors, people watching, etc— & they're also giveaway spots +
