Wastage really doesn’t happen much once you get into a rhythm. The green veggie storage bags help as does storing lettuce in a salad spinner. Here’s my lunch today made with leftover cannellini beans, tuna, and avocado, plus spinach, scallions, tomatoes, artichokes and sesame dressing

🌱 my white Sea holly is kind of a low key flower and a bit stinky and prickly but nothing else in the garden attracts such a variety of pollinators—tiny native bees and wasps, flies that mimic wasps, tiny butterflies, a beetle or two, along with the usual bumble and honey suspects

🌱 year to year (or plant to plant from same variety) color variations are so mysterious to me. This calla Lilly was originally a yellowy apricot tinged color, last year a deep maroon, and this year it matches my orangey red echinacea 🤷🏻‍♀️ have you experienced this?
