I’m still not used to it. And Vampire Boyfriend has to get used to me too. I sleep 12 hours a day which cuts into the hours he wants to spend adoring me.

But I’m happy here. I’m safe and loved and chosen. I am enthusiastically loved.

Fun fact Madonna has (or had, he might be dead now) a homeless alcoholic brother. Help from the family was always dependent on getting and staying sober.
