Damn the reach here really is just miles better than the other place eh. I've got like 1/4 of the follow count and the interaction difference is just, 10x better.

I'm either shadow banned over there or its rly just balls.

Already seeing folks who use it at exactly the same skill level they were five years ago when they started using it. As opposed to the rest of their peers continuing to improve.
That's a lot of wasted growth, I've long since given up trying to warn artists against it. Their choice to stagnate.

Also the folks who make these cartoons usually make them with deliberate stories and teaching moments that are made for younger audiences to better understand. There's discussions of war, slavery and abuse in Steven Universe. Even if you had issues with the ending you can't deny the subject matter.

We need something to look forward to and indulge in to allow ourselves to continue to function and thrive, taking that away has historically shown us that we regress into hopeless husks, not "harden" or "face reality" It has the opposite effect of what you want to achieve.
