The two museums I spent today in were well worth the visit. Fascinating, but like you say quite sad (and pretty dark) in places.

Honestly? I'm enjoying it - as you say, definitely overlooked. Easy to get around. Spent the day visiting museums (Bunkerart 1 and 2) and learning about the county's history. Exploring more tomorrow!

I can't comment on the nature of the protest, as I lack the sufficient knowledge and insight. If anything, it's been interesting to witness.

Am all good. Took me by surprise - had spent a few hours in an underground museum and when I resurfaced it was this. Couldn't make it back to the hotel, but am safe for now (with a few others) in a restaurant. Staff passing water and such out, so all fine for now!

There's not a lot of meat, and the flavour of lamb in it is quite intense. However the meat you do have is incredibly tender - melts in your mouth (especially the brain)!
I think people are put off by the appearance, but they're missing out. Absolutely try it should you ever get the chance!

But yeah, sheeps head is pretty tame (considering I've had things like various insects, scorpion, tarantula, dancing shrimp salad...), but I'm sure if I didn't spoiler it, some may complain! It's not exactly a sight many are used to. :p

Here's two more from the monastery! Was just outside of Peja by the entrance to a gorge. I was the only visitor there, so it was incredibly peaceful - just the sound of a nearby stream.
Wish I got some better pictures over Prizren, but it's been cloudy and misty. Can't see the mountains! :(
