As a longtime survey professional I took a look at Civicscience's website. They do online surveys. They don't appear to collect demographic information about respondents; if so their data stems only from those people who choose to answer online surveys. IMO unlikely to represent entire population.

For me it's a matter of focus. Is the focus on the action: Debbie and I doing something or on the photo of Debbie and me doing something? From the context I'm leaning toward action.

It’s hard to see this looking out from a country that has grave problems with its own spectacularly complex, confusing, and confusing medical system. I’ve been in ERs for relatively trivial problems compared to these, but if you’re at death’s door and can’t wait for treatment what are you?
