Tired of the pressure to have online billing and reporting I get ˜100 emails a day and 10 pieces in the U.S. mail is a big day. Emails are easy to overlook. Anybody else have this problem? What do you do about it?

Unconscious bias is inevitable in what is reported and how it is reported but consciously editing a person's words in a way that reflects one's own bias though common is inexcusable in news reporting. This incident looks like the straw that broke the camel's back
