There’s a lot of really bad UX decisions in streamers, but hands down the worst is auto-playing something that IS NOT the next episode of the show you just watched. Inability to turn auto-play off and in-ability to mark something as unwatched are close behind.

Of course I’m glad Gaetz went down, & my fingers are crossed that Hegseth will follow—nobody as Christian nationalist as him has ever been this close to power. But I’m troubled that the only way to stop them is via their alleged sex crimes. Fascism is apparently not a problem.

This is just my opinion, but “just block them and pretend like they are not here” is not realistic advice when we are talking about fascists. Pretending like they are not here does not make them go away.
We need to be proactive, and we need to make this environment inhospitable for them.
