"Less than a quarter of mass shooters have past SSRI use."

100% of mass shooters have guns.

I like to think so. I don't get to know the rest of the story for so many people I work with.

The challenge is getting the people who most need it to come to the class. So many people are so sure of their ability to discern facts and do "research," they don't think this applies to them.

Someone could help him for free at a county workforce center. They would also inform him of what employers want to see, which qualifications he needs to have a shot at the job he wants, and which jobs are reasonable goals for the skill set he has.
Can't make him listen, though.

A lovely letter about an ugly thing. I'm sorry the petty dingbatheads were the ones who shouted the loudest in you community. I hope reasonable people who actually value kids as autonomous beings and the first ammendment prevail.

You also have to interview every member of your surgical team to make sure each of them is in-network.

Guess whose anesthesiologist wasn't in-network?

For alt text: Altered copy of Time Magazine Person of the Year: The Architects of AI. It shows 8 developers/moguls all sitting on a construction beam. In the original, they're high above a city. In this version, they're above a bombed-out area with refugees walking down what's left of the street.
