The tunnels even extend all the way to the MTC. A few elders I knew snuck off one night to go exploring, I was appalled to learn. Presumably they're destined for the telestial kingdom.

(Having rejected the church in its entirety I'm probably on my way to outer darkness. Ahhh, soothing darkness.)
