That's twice now that I've seen Frankenstein! The second time was even better, and the Sri Lankan curry I had afterwards was worth the wait ❤️ I swear, once this movie comes out on Netflix I'm going to rewatch it so many more times 😁

I went to visit a craft market today! If you're in New Brighton, it's at the Floral Pavilion on the top floor. Everything they sold was gorgeous! (I ended up getting a wall hanging of a Victorian print for myself, and a nice gothic mirror for Mum for Christmas)

If you can, I highly recommend spoiling those kids rotten on Halloween. Doesn't matter their age, I saw toddlers and teenagers all light up in exactly the same way getting these goody bags filled with sweets & Pokémon cards and it was the cutest thing ❤️ (Also, pretty proud of my pumpkin this year!)

So I've decided to once again try and get an actual book written. So far it's going surprisingly okay! (If it works out, expect it sometime next year-ish? Maybe? It's a fantasy kids' book if anyone's curious!)

It's 4 in the morning, insomnia struck and I decided to try something I've had issues with (broken downloads) once again. And I had yet another issue but I managed to troubleshoot it this time and it worked ❤️ #LuckyDay is officially my next read! (Sorry Bookshops & Bonedust, you'll have to wait!)

On Thursday I got to visit Gorillaz: House of Kong and honestly... I won't talk about what's inside because I don't want to spoil it, but if you get the chance to go and you're a fan, do it. My friend genuinely got emotional there because it made the characters feel so *real*. It was like magic

Last night I got to see one of my favourite artists, Ezra Furman, live at a gig & album signing. I still can't quite believe I got to go and I hope she comes back to the UK soon. We need her. That concert truly felt like a tiny safe haven from all the transphobic/queerphobic crap out there

The mini painting project is complete! I finished basing it just after midnight, and it's gone to live in my curio cabinet for now ❤️ I might try another mini tomorrow!
