I learned that narcissistic traits, e.g triangulation & isolating the other person can occur because of trauma experiences creating a fear of loneliness in the perpetrator. This perfectly describes The Sister. She does not do it consciously but it still has had a negative impact on me.

Today I took part in a wreath making workshop in at The Lavender Farm in Gorey, Co Wexford.
