More housing means more places to live more affordably and more people to share the costs of running a city!
As people receive their property tax notices and the City Council considers their budget, something to keep in mind is that one of the easiest ways for the city to get revenue is to simply allow new market-rate housing to be built here.

Drip. Drip. Drip. Little by little an extremely small number of cities have begun to address historic exclusionary zoning rules/practices.

Local zoning has not really been about safety or fairness for decades (if it ever was), but rather arbitrary limits.
