1 year into going through this, where:
-The flood of horrible crap is by design
-The bullies' grip is weakening in places, & we're making some headway
-The level of suck is still crazy high. It's ok to acknowledge that, & take timeouts as needed
-It's vital that we hold each other up & not give up.

My brother, who died by suicide in 2007 had a severe mental illness and a substance use disorder. He tried to kill me and my parents. We never stopped loving him. Rob Reiner and Joe Biden didn't stop loving their boys either. 💔

Members of Oregon District 2 Indivisible arranged flowers then delivered bouquets to local federal workers. BLM, Forest Service, Social Security, VA , Post Office, NPR & PBS offices got flowers on a Thursday afternoon. Flowers were locally sourced and vases were re-cycled of course. It's Oregon!
